Frozen Treats

So it's going to be a scorcher on Tuesday better stack the freezer with these little babies!

 Real Fruit icy poles
 You'll need:
Those leftover mango pips
blueberries that are to soft for eating
Strawberries that may have begun to go a bit manky (organic of course)

or any other fruit that you have in excess or that may have just past it's peak.

Home made icy poles are a staple in our household.
They're the easiest things in the world to make and if you prep the fruit for them, the kids can do it for you.
Some flavours my kids love are:
All you need to do is work out your flavours
chop all the fruit roughly into the same tiny size

get your icy pole moulds
and stuff each mould with fruit so its full  Then add juice, water or coconut water till it reaches the toppop the sticks in and into the freezer till frozen.

That simple!

And the kids love them.
In our house that's an understatement!
